Since Soho Home first burst onto the market in 2017, they have released a seemingly never ending stream of directional pieces. From architectural lighting to show stopping rugs, their furnishings are designed to fit into traditional and contemporary spaces alike. But how are interior designers and tastemakers incorporating the pieces into their houses? We've pulled together the very best examples below.
Lorenzo Chandelier
When Orlagh McCloskey first moved into her house it was a characterless new build. Drawing on her experience as Rixo's design director and co founder, she added layers of colour and mismatched pattern to bring the space to life. To complete her large living room, she has hung Soho Home's ‘Lorenzo Chandelier’.
Manette Bed
Also seen in Orlagh's house is the ‘Manette Bed'. A sumptuous, upholstered piece that provides a strong focal point in this spare bedroom. Here Orlagh has layered quilts, bedspreads and patterned cushions to break up the block colour of the headboard.
Seen here in Pearl Lowe's Somerset house, the ‘Manette Bed’ feels completely different in this room. Pairing spring favourites pink and green, Pearl has created a gentle palette in her bedroom.
Madina Rug
Food writer Juana Pepa's house is filled with both collected antiques and attractive new designs. In her Kensington townhouse she has used Soho Home's ‘Madina Rug’ to add some pattern to this relatively pared back space.
Sylvia Table Lamp
In the bedroom of a fairytale cottage designed by Emma Ainscough, the interior designer has prevented things from feeling twee or too traditional by incorporating innovative lighting. Her weapon of choice? Soho Home's Sylvia Table Lamp.
Hasker Bed
The primary bedroom in Orlagh's house is rendered in a calming palette of blue and pink, employed alongside natural materials. The rattan ceiling pendant pairs beautifully with Soho Home's ‘Hasker Bed’. The winged sides create a lovely cocooning effect.
Selina Task Floor Lamp
In an attractive corner of this Arts and Crafts house, Field Day Studio have employed Soho Home's ‘Selina Task Floor Lamp’ next to a sunny chair. The brass lamp is a smart, contemporary choice.
